LAST UPDATED: September 9th, 2013
We are coming down the home stretch with the recording of my 4th CD at this time. I currently have 10 completed tracks "in the can" and have two tracks remaining to complete, which I'm pushing to have done by the end of September 2013. Due to some extended time away from the studio, which was necessary due to some health issues surrounding my father earlier this year, I found it necessary to push the release date back from the original projected Fall release date, so the as-of-yet untitled CD is now slated for a Winter 2013 release date. The CD cover artwork for this outing is being handled by Janice Victoria Woodson, a longtime friend who is also a very talented artist from the St. Louis, MO area.
The web site has been updated with the addition of the "YouTube" drop-down menu, where you can now access many of the promo videos on YouTube for the various track listings.
Also, it has come to my attention that a few of you have been trying with mixed success to search the vid clips on YouTube from an Internet-connected TV as opposed to a computer. I found that instead of searching "KK Brown" in the search box window, better luck was obtained by searching under "kkbrownjr", which brought up 15 of the 20 video clips I currently have up on YouTube. For the remaining 5, it worked if you typed in the actual track name (e.g., "Goodbye", followed by "KK Brown", and it brought the remainder up. Not sure exactly as to why it's doing this, but there are also links at this web site under the "YouTube" drop-down menu for all 20 of the current video tracks. These video clips are nothing fancy at this point, just basic still-photo video clips designed to get the tracks all up and running via YouTube. Farther on down the road we plan on posting much better and far more professional looking clips of each track, blending both still and live action.
The current CD release, "Living By The Numbers", is now officially available at several online retailers. Links to the CD can be found under the "Where To Find The Music" drop-down menu, and the release itself is at long last showing up on the All-Music Guide database. You can view the release details from the All-Music website by clicking on the link provided under the "All Music Guide" drop-down menu. As more and more retailers begin to carry the CD, links to those retailers will be published as well.
